November Festival Office(hereinafter referred to as "the Office") shall observe this Privacy Policy when the Office handles personal information.
1. When the Office handles personal information, the Office shall observe laws and other norms of personal information protection, handle personal information properly and strive to protect personal information.
2. The Office shall handle personal information within the limits of following purposes:
○Necessary procedures for holding the November Festival
○Contact for your participation in the November Festival
○Responses to inquiries and consultations
○Notification in case of incompleteness of submitted documents, etc.
○Other matters related to the smooth operation of the November Festival
3. In order to achieve the above purposes, the Office may provide the personal information to other cooperating organizations on campus.
