How to Participate
・Please apply for the lottery at Omatsuri-park Central Tent. At a given time, the results will be announced at November Festival Office Official X and Omatsuri-park Central Tent. ・Only lottery winners need to be at Omatsuri-park Central Tent at least five minutes before the event.
