Thank you very much for your interest in covering 66th Kyoto University November Festival.

Kyoto University November Festival Office accepts wide range of coverage of November Festival in order to further promote the attractiveness of November Festival and Kyoto University students. However, in order to ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors and Project participants, any coverage without permission from November Festival Office is prohibited.

We ask all those who are considering reporting or covering the event to please confirm the following information and proceed with the application process for coverage as necessary.

Acts of Coverage

Taking pictures and videos inside November Festival venue with the intention of making them available to the general public.
Save contents on November Festival Official Website in the form of images and videos with the intention of making them available to the general public.
Interviews with November Festival Headquarters staff, exhibitors, and visitors regarding November Festival related contents.
To provide photos, videos, and other contents recorded on November Festival Official Website and November Festival Official SNS to third parties who intend to make the contents available to general people.

The venues for November Festival will be part of Yoshida Campus, including Yoshida-South Campus and Main Campus.
"General people” refers not only to viewers/readers of TV and books, but also to recipients of public posting on video sharing tools such as YouTube and Instagram, and on social networking services.
